When my grandmother moved out of her house this year, she gave me all of the recipes she has saved over the last 50 years. Recipe from newspapers, magazines, and cookbooks that she wanted to try. Looking through the recipes, I fell in love with similar ones, fonts, and pictures from the ’60s and ’70s, and thought they would make fun kitchen and home art. Since Ellery is inspired by my Grandmother I thought these could be fun editions to the shop! These artworks are repurposed from old newspapers and magazines and framed in reclaimed frames from thrift stores. Each one is one of a kind, I hope they bring you a little joy.
